Can i put 225/75R15 tires on jeep wrangler wheels on my 93 grand cherokee with 215/75R15 tires?

I found some 225/75R15 tires already mounted on some new wrangler wheels and i was wondering if these would fit to replace my 215/75R15 tires on my grand cherokee wheels. They both have a 5×4.5 bolt pattern
