2006 - 2007 Spelling Bee

The 2007 Tri County Home Educator’s Spelling Bee will be held on January 19^th, at the Mount Laurel Library.  We will begin at 10AM but the doors now open at 9:30 so come early to get situated.  Any home schooled child belonging to a Tricounty support group in the 5^th-8^th grades may participate. 

In order to make the bee a more friendly rivalry, we do not do a misspell and out event.  Usually we got 3-5 rounds and announce who will stay in the bee at that point.  It is less humiliating to those who may have missed the first round.  Children may use pencil and paper to aid them before spelling the word aloud.

The current Paideia is available on line for $1.50 plus $5.00 shipping.  If you would like a photocopy of one, at no additional cost indicate that on registration card.  I will mail them out sometime in October.  The Burlington County Times makes a limited number available to our group, but not until December.
