Raising the trade-in worth of my ’00 Jeep Wrangler? Soft-Top?

A seam on the soft top has busted! (The seam along the back driver’s side.) I wanted to just repair the seam, but I think it would look better if I just went with a new top. There are some other cosmetic repairs that need to be done, but this is probably the biggest one. (New driver’s seat, dent above windshield, re-paint fenders, tire cover, etc.) It is a 2000, less then 99,000 miles (mostly highway miles), I am the only owner, and never have had any problems with it. It’s yellow, black top, half doors, air, CD player, sound bar, 4cyl, tires are pretty new. I hardly ever drive it, I work with my husband so we always drive his car. How would this effect the trade-in value? (I would say it is in “Fair” condition at worst.) Or would I be putting more money into it than I should? Would I be losing money?
Or…I may just go to a salvage yard and trade my top with another Jeep. That should cost very much…hopefully.

yeah the trade in value isnt gonna go up that much. you will be putting more money than you get out of it your better off just selling it yourself youll get more money out of it.

If I were you, I won´t spend any big money in repairs, unless you think of keeping the jeep.
If you want to sell it yopu won´t have any major return in the maney invested.
Just do the minor repairs so it won´t look neglected.
