Girls, Wild Turkey, and Twister game. Oh, I’m sorry. Did you say something about being safe?
I’d go there first using Google Earth.
I’d be looking for places to visit, from the lake itself to other points of
interest. You need expectations to plan an outing. Otherwise you
take stuff that isn’t used and fail to have things there wasn’t room to transport. If you still want somebody to do your thinking then let me suggest a trailer hauling Yamaha 250cc dirt motorcycle with the usual accessories, Dagger polythene hull Delta Model Kayak with the usual
accessories, Scuba pro Spear-gun and Farmer John Model Wetsuit with the usual underwater accessories but no dimwit fishing tackle.
Fishing gear.
There are actually a lot of good articles on that type of subject at http://www.campingtips.org
