Jeep wrangler with 37s?

I have a wrangler tj, my buddy is getting rid of his but giving me the lift rims and tires.
the tires are 37s on offset rims.
after I put everything on can I still make it street legal

    Height laws vary from state to state, and you didn’t provide yours.
    Do you realize that to run 37′s on a TJ and be safe you’re going to need to
    upgrade both axles and brakes as well as add a huge suspension and body lift?

    dude, lift laws suck, it wont be legal. and the other guy is right, you got to get larger gears, witch can get pricey and so will the lift. but other then then that LIFT IT, you will turn some heads.
