Prepare a 3x5 card (one card per child) with the following:
Name of child, age as of May 3rd, Sex, Address, Phone, email address, Name of parents who
will be able to help during field day. Mail the cards and registration fee of $3.00
per child to Mark August, 78 Skeet Road, Medford, NJ 08055. Make checks
